Whimsical Garden At Home Wedding in Princeton

Like many couples this year, Taylor and Matt’s wedding plans were interrupted thanks to COVID-19. Instead of their destination wedding, they decided the next best thing would be to plan a beautiful bohemian inspired garden party at home. The gorgeous Princeton home we were at was a photographer’s dream! With the beautiful stone bridge and lake all on their property, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot for their portraits. And to top it all off, they had the most incredible floral arrangements for the day. From Taylor’s floral crown to the bouquet she carried, everything had a bohemian feel - and it was perfect. It truly felt like we were in the middle of a garden all day long!

Since their wedding day become much more intimate than they expected, they found other ways for their families to be involved. For Taylor, that meant including both of her sisters. Jenna was an officiant (and one of my former brides!) and Julia performed at thier reception, which was amazing! I know these smaller weddings aren’t always what couples planned, but some incredible memories come out of them.

Congratulations, Taylor and Matt! Your day was just beautiful and I’m so happy I could be with you during your garden celebration!

A note: all health and safety protocols needed during this unprecedented time were followed by all attending and involved with the event.
