Elegant Summer Wedding at the Buttermilk Inn & Spa in Milton NY
Congratulations, Corinne and Sam on a beautiful summer wedding at the Buttermilk Inn & Spa this July! In the heart of summer, amidst the lush greenery and serene natural landscapes that inspired their wedding day, Corinne and Sam became husband and wife. Their wedding at Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa was incredible - with every detail curated to embody simplicity, elegance, and the beauty of nature.
Wanting to keep the beautiful ambiance of the Buttermilk Inn and its natural beauty at the forefront of their wedding day, Corinne and Sam chose an elegant color palette. Their florals and decor featured dusty blue, light blue, light greens, and white. I was obsessed with how well it all came together! My favorite part might have been the few light blue accents in Corinne’s wedding bouquet- a perfect complement for her classic wedding gown.
After preparing with their family and friends, Corinne and Sam met for a first look at the property. Their pup even got to join them! I enjoyed a chance to photograph the almost-newlyweds under the weeping willow at the Buttermilk Inn before their ceremony, too. Such a simple but gorgeous natural option for portraits! The ceremony was a heartfelt affair, surrounded by towering trees, all enjoyed under a clear tent to protect their special moment.
But the festivities didn't end there. After the ceremony, guests were treated to a reception filled with joy and laughter. More blue, white, and green florals decorated their reception tent - including a beautiful spray of greenery hanging from the ceiling. One of the highlights of the evening was when Corinne changed into her fun dancing dress, ready to kick off the party in style. And what better way to celebrate than with a champagne tower, complete with fun flash photos that captured their excitement.
Corinne and Sam's wedding was a true reflection of who they are as individuals and as a couple. I’m so happy I had the honor of capturing every special moment of the day for them!
