Timeless New England Wedding at the Country Club of New Canaan
Congratulations, Arielle and Matt! This summer, they planned a joyful and elegant wedding at the Country Club of New Canaan inspired by their love of New England. Arielle and Matt really wanted their day to feel elegant but be super fun for their loved ones - a vibe I think they absolutely nailed. From a photography standpoint, they told me that capturing candid photos of their guests was important, as well as documenting their first moments as husband and wife. It was a gorgeous day and I feel so honored to have been with the new Mr. and Mrs.!
With over the top tangerine, pink, yellow and flowers everywhere you looked, Arielle and Matt brought the beautiful vibes of the gardens into their celebration. The color palette of their wedding day was exquisite - and probably one of my favorites from my summer weddings! I love the grounds at the Country Club of New Canaan, so I had a great time documenting every moment - from their outdoor ceremony to their portraits around the property. One of my other favorite things was Arielle’s bridesmaids’ gowns. She decided on playful patterns for them and I think it worked out so well!
Arielle and Matt brought more of their gorgeous florals into the reception space at the Country Club of New Canaan. It felt so beautiful all night long! Arielle changed into her second party dress before the dancing really got started. She and Matt spent the entire night partying away with their guests. Their vibe was incredible - lots of laughs, sunglasses, and fun to be had.
